### Return & Refund Policy
At Virexo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
#### 1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
#### 2. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
#### 3. Return Shipping Fees & Costs
* Defective or Incorrect Items (Damaged in transit, wrong product received): Free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label, and you will incur no charges.
* Customer Remorse (Changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, etc.): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. A flat fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
* Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
#### 4. Damaged or Broken Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at vs8636946@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
#### 5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
